GLOCK Officially Announces 15-Round SLIMLINE and G44 Pistol Magazines

SMYRNA, GA. – April 17, 2026 At the 2026 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits, GLOCK, Inc. makes the official public announcement that OEM 15-round magazines for the G43X, G48, and G44 models are coming to a GLOCK dealer near you in May 2026.

G43X and G48 SLIMLINE® pistols, chambered in 9x19 mm, will come standard with 15-round GLOCK magazines. The 15-round SLIMLINE magazine has a metal, double stack design. The design of the 15-round SLIMLINE magazine includes a radius in the magazine catch recess that allows customers to maintain the standard magazine catch.

Also on display at the GLOCK booth is the GLOCK 44 pistol, chambered in .22 LR, now comes standard with a 15-round magazine. The 15-round G44 magazine has a polymer, double stack design with integrated load-assist.

GLOCK is also displaying the newest generational offering: the GLOCK Gen6 pistol line.

Attendees can experience the Gen6 line in person at the GLOCK booth, where the pistols are on display throughout the duration of the show. The lineup includes the G17, G19, and G45 models chambered in 9x19 mm.

NRAAM attendees can explore the design updates that define Gen6 pistols, including the new grip geometry, updated frame ergonomics, and integrated optic-ready configuration. GLOCK product experts, including Team GLOCK, are available throughout the show to engage with booth visitors all weekend long.

In addition to having Team GLOCK at the booth, GLOCK Professional will be in attendance for the duration of the show to talk firearms training, education, and sport shooting opportunities.
